WHAT MAKES OUR TRU LINE TRANSFER PROCESS SO UNIQUE?
  • Our process has very few limitations on what we can print. It allows us to print millions of colors and gradients to reproduce any logo, no matter how complex. Print fine text as small as 1 mm tall without requiring ugly traps or borders.

    HOW DURABLE IS OUR TRU LINE TRANSFER PROCESS?
    • Our process has been wash tested 50 plus washes. We stopped at 70 washes. The transfer is made to last.

      WHAT ITEMS CAN YOU PRINT ON AND IN WHAT SIZE OF PRINTS?
      • WEARABLE'S:
        • Suitable for cotton, poly cotton and polyester fabrics.
        • Not suitable for fabrics that are sublimated or ones that migrate.
        • Great soft hand feel.
        • Good stretch and durability.
        • Printing sizes range from 2.5" x 2.5" up to 11.7" x 16.5"
      • POLY SUB MIGRATION BLOCKER:
        • Use on polyester and sublimated fabrics where there is potential for dye migration.
        • Not suitable for soft shell fabric. See soft shell product.
        • Good stretch and soft hand feel.
        • Printing sizes range from 2.5" x 2.5" up to 11.7" x 16.5"
      • SHELL MIGRATION BLOCKER:
        • Use on soft shell fabrics and other fabrics with bad dye migration problems.
        • This transfer has less stretch than our normal blocker
        • Printing sizes range from 2.5" x 2.5" up to 11.7" x 16.5"
      • HEADWEAR:
        • Suitable for most headwear styles, except those that have waterproof coatings.
        • Will bridge a seam of a 6 panel hat without cracking.
        • When ordering indicate if it is a 5 or 6 panel hat.
        • Printing sizes range from 2.5" x 2.5" up to 4.7" x 2.8"
      • PROMOTIONAL:
        • These transfers are designed for items that will not be washed.
        • Perfect for 600D nylon fabrics, canvas and jute.
        • Suitable for wide range of items like tote bags, coller bags, lanyards ect.
        • Printing sizes range from 4.1" x 5.8" up to 11.7" x 16.5"
      • UMBRELLAS:
        • These prints are flexible enough not to crack when the umbrella i folded up.
        • These transfers are not to be washed.
        • Umbrella transfers have no stretch, not suitable for garments.

        CAN I MAKE MY OWN CUSTOM PRODUCTS USING YOUR PROCESS?
        • Yes we can customize products with your own design.

          IS THE TRU LINE TRANSFER PROCESS ECO FRIENDLY?
          • Yes, we use water based inks and produced without harsh or toxic chemicals.

            DOES YOUR TRU LINE TRANSFER PROCESS PRINT CMYK, RGB OR PMS MATCH?
            • Our default print process is CMYK. We actually run a six color process that gives our transfers more range in the color spectrum.
            • We have the ability to pantone (PMS) color match. All you need to do is indicate the colors in your order.
            • We do not print RGB files so your artwork will need to be set up for either CMYK or PMS colors.
