- Design File Formats can be .AI, .PSD, .PDF or a high resolution .JPEG. Send Files to sales@trulinebydesign.com
- Once design is received we will create a rendering of your item for your approval. Production will not begin until this rendering is approved. Additional rates may apply (upon your approval) if we have to assist in design modifications. We can provide Graphic Design work at the rate of $60.00 per hour at your request.
- All items are custom printed per order so we ask that you allow the production time of 7-14 business days for single item orders and 1-3 weeks for bulk item orders.
- We specialize in bulk orders for all of our customizable items, send email to sales@trulinebydesign.com for BULK ORDER PRICING.
- NOTE: There is no white ink with sublimation printing, any white in your design will be the color of the item chosen. Read about sublimation printing HERE
